Summary:

The HR Recruitment Consultant is responsible for the provision of day to day recruitment and selection support to the business as well as systems and database management. Whilst the role has a focus on recruitment, selection and onboarding activities, the incumbent may perform broader HR duties as required.

The successful applicant will have tertiary qualifications (or be currently undertaking studies) in Human Resources or related discipline as well as a minimum of 3 years recruitment and generalist HR experience; In addition, they will have demonstrated interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff, employee representatives, union officials, legal practitioners and other stakeholders.
